Customer Care Consultant
Do you enjoy meeting and interacting with people? Want to join an experienced maid agency?
We are looking for someone who can help us:
- Liaise with overseas FDW suppliers
- Screen and interview FDW candidates
- Complete and publish FDW profiles
- Attend to Customers enquiries
- Facilitate interview between Employer and FDW candidate
- Follow up and assist Customers with their issues
- Work Permit applications and other relevant administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Multilingual with proficiency in Mandarin / Bahasa Indonesia / Malay preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking customers and Indonesia FDWs - Proactive and always looking to improve customers experience
- Possessing Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI) Basic will be beneficial
- Experience in maid industry would be an added advantage
